Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a free health benefit offered to Cree School Board employees and their families.

You and your immediate family members can access voluntary counselling and support service offering help in dealing with common life issues ranging from everyday challenges to complex issues, and anything in-between. The service is professional, confidential, and easy to access either over the phone, online, or through a variety of self-guided resources. No one, including the CSB, will ever know that you have used the service unless you choose to tell them.

The EFAP is managed by an external provider called Shepell, the largest Canadian-based provider of EFAP services.
